engine without a mounting

I purchase a second hand Suzuki alto from Hyundai Pinetown less than a month ago. The vehicle started vibrating and it smells of oil. I took it back to the service centre, just to find that it has no engine bracket. Hyundai could never provide me with confirmation that she was serviced prior to purchase, also the breaks were squealing and the petrol cap not working. They agreed to fix the necessary, however they don't have parts and can not confirm exactly when they will. I just want to warn people out there there's is such a things as a 3 point check and road worthy. As far as license department is concerned the vehicle could never have been road worthy due to all the engine problems etc. I understand that this is a second hand vehicle, but it is the only car I have, and if the part does not arrive on time, I will have no transport, and will have to report this to the ombudsman of MFC. *****ing cheating and lying is in the order of the day....
