ENGINE NOISE EXTREMELY UNHEALTHY

Good Day,

Having purchased a 2.0-litre petrol edition of the Hyundai Grand Creta was an amazing vehicle at the beginning. Just around the 25k km mark , this vehicle started to sound like a diesel! It was extremely loud and had no clue. It is a temporary noise but is always once you have started the vehicle. So once it started the first thing i did was log a call with Hyundai Milnerton. The vehicle was sent and for a full day , the service manager stated there was nothing wrong. As my wife drove the vehicle from the service , it was evident again. ( makes me wonder if they did anything at all) Spoke to the guy in charged and did not get any assistance at all. Was told to drive it and wait for the 30k km service and send proof. This time the noise was recorded onot their whatsapp messages and the vehicle has the same noise again. The vehicle went in for the service and yes no feedback from the service team or anyone on this. After getting frustrated I logged with Hyundai South Africa and their consultant (Elizabeth Maloka) takes 11 days and still no answer . Just that the is the invoice and there was no noise.
