****ed up service

Hi, I bought a Hyundai cash 120 white through Hyundai Belleville and paid for the car on the 20th October, the car delivered in JHB on the 30th of October, the temp licence expired on the 11 November 2020, I have been making numerous calls to the Belleville branch regarding the car papers to date I have not received them

What frustrates me if that the car is just sitting here and I can't even drive it, where as I m currently paying for the insurance.I believe this was supposed to be disclosed..Next week Friday Is my last day here in PTA, I need to take this car to North West , This is such a big ****ed uo and inconvenience for me Can someone please who cares about customers sort this out for me ..The sales agent's name was Isaac.I even explain this situation to him and his manager ..How long does it take really to get the car papers, this was even escalated to the car dealership principal no date no phone call from him

Did I make a big mistake buying the car there ,

It seems that they are taken me for granted, Is is my responsiblity to call on the daily basis and asked when will the papers be delivered to me
