Don't phonme bank as promised

<p>On Friday 27 January 2017 I phoned the Hyundai Bloemfontein Branch as my wife's Bus's remote stopped working and I need assistance to disconect it.<br />Yes I am in Bethulie and towing 200km is out of the question.<br />A friendly lady promised that the Service Manager will get back to me in 30 minutes. Well this never happened.<br />I phoned aghain and was cut off. Phoned aghain and behjold the Service Department did not answer the phone and line went dead again.<br />Well I then decided to make alternate arreagements.<br />I feel Hyundai Bloemfontein does not keep their promises and thay don't care about customer service at all.<br />Poor service from all staff there.<br /><br /></p>
