Don t honour there warranty

Purchased two Foton bakkies at the Weltonvreden branch. They were demo models under 2000 km on the clock and was given a 5 year unlimited km warranty.The problem arises that the bakkies stood at the branch for longer than a year and the dealer neglected to do the the first service that was stipulated by the inporter to be done within a year or 5000km..<br> <br> The result is that the dealer refuses to sort out the window mechanism problem and notifies me that if I want my bakkie back I must pay for the repairs and referred me to the onbudsman if I have a problem with there decision.<br> <br> The bakkies have been sold totally under false pretences with no warranty. The importer provides a 3 year warranty on their cars but this is null and void as the dealer pre registered the bakkies and were were not serviced within the year while they had ownership on the floor .The extended warranty was supposed to run after and not during the importers warranty,Another R14k wasted down the drain'<br> <br> The bottom line is that THERE IS NO ETHICS WITH THIS COMPANY and take no responsible for the ignorance andi incompetence of there staff and will only sort out any claims through the onbudsman.
