Don`t Care Attitude
On 9 February 2015, I took my car to this dealership, for them to look at my CD player. They couldn`t do anything about it and advised me to bring it the following day, after they had it for the whole day. Before I got home I realised that the windscreen had a crack on the left hand side, I immediately contacted the dealership and spoke to Thabo wherein I relayed my story and requested him to inform Henry about this.

On Tuesday 10 February I took the car back to the dealership as per our agreement. Before the inspection I pointed out that the car had a crack. At the end, an amount of R4 500 was required to fix/replace the CD player. I do not care much about the CD player but what bothers me is how the windscreen crack was handled. The Principal dealer informed me that the crack is inside the car and not outside. He had informed me that his guys never worked inside the car. I asked was the car with them for the whole day if they never touched it. When he called Henry, he confirmed that they worked in the car. He then advised me to refer the matter to their Customer Service so as he can see what he can do. I was asked to claim through my insurance.
