Does Hyndai Realy Do What They Say

My car went for a service yesterday - the job card clearly states - checked and replaced head light. The head light on my car still does not work -- which means it was never replaced. Does this mean I need to take off work to have the light sorted again, time from my busy day for someone who did not do his work. This makes me wonder and thing DOES HYNDAI REALY DO WHAT THEY SAY... should I demand my old part to make sure they do there jobs ......
