Distraught client

I'm heartbroken to say I was sold a second hand polo Vivo in Hyundai Richards bay that was previously involved in an accident with a dozen faults on the car. I took the car back to them and it's been sitting there for 2 months now. Then I get a call saying to pick the car up or they will now charge me storage fees. But the car still has faults, even the boot doesn't close without knocking the tail light because it's not straight at the back. Please assist in this matter.
