Distasteful experience

I had a major distasteful experience dealing with Hyundai Strijdom Park, JHB. Before, whilst and after buying a second habd vehicle from the dealer, parts on the vehicle was promised to be replaced by the dealer itself, was still not available for replacement after 2 months. I had to drive 200km to the dealership for parts that were in fact available to be replaced, without proper fuel compensation. Upon arrival we were met with an unwelcome feeling and treated as if we were being a nuisance. The second hand sales executive gave a feeling of just wanting to get things over and done with. When the vehicle was handed in for available parts to be replaced, no offer was made to drop us at a mall or any other place where we could pass the time whilst waiting for the vehicle. When my friend enquired about other second hand vehicles, no real interest was shown and a slight argument was on the forefront. I will never recommend any person to make use of Hyundai Strijdom Park, JHB.
