Dissatisfaction of customer service and lack of transparency

I fell in love with Hyundai venue the first time I saw it and I bought one on the 24th of December @ Hyundai mafikeng (4wheels) however on the 2nd of February the car could start and change gears but it had no power to move I called Hyundai mafikeng(4 wheels) they came and checked it out but they were not sure what the problem was and they suggested that I call road side assistant to tow it to their work shop and they said they found traces of diesel but they didn't test to check if really its diesel because its gonna cost R2500 then they gave me a quote of about R7000 for repairing the car and I said it's fine I'll pay since the guy said it's not the manufacturer's fault I should take the matter up with the garage where I poured petrol because their tanks are contaminated he even said it on record that the response of this matter from Hyundai mafikeng(4 wheels) is that the tanks where I poured petrol are contaminated with diesel.i complained about this Matter @Hyundai south Africa and they called the principle manager of Hyundai mafikeng(4 wheels) and didnt bother to call me and get my side of the story and they decided that they cant help me so I made peace with the fact that I'll pay even though it's not my fault that my one month old car has issues now this is week 3 I'm still waiting for my car to be fixed you can imagine for someone staying In a remote area how difficult it is to get transport and on top of that my job requires traveling with equipment bag.so Hyundai the car its beautiful but customer service
