Dissapointment

My sister owns Hyundai car venue It was nice traveling with it's till it's got issues that the company fails to identify in the first place,they never bother to call she was the one who always ask about the progress.The car has gone to different Hyundai dealership from July till to day. I remembered as it's was yesterday we were going to the funeral the car stoped in the middle of the night after we stop for the toilets. it's never started again thinking its a battery maybe it's low we used booster in order to arrive safely at home as its was at night,we tired,it's not safe in rural areas we are girls with one men.Now the company blames us for boosting the car. Funny enough up until now she is paying for the car that she Is not using. My questions is that we don't have answers too... does boosting a car destroys gearbox,and a stater or they using what's we did to their advantage as we might not have enough information about cars as women's.Was in love with Hyundai I30N,now we can't say anything as they did not resolve a small issue fair enough.
