Dissapointed

This Hilda from workshop is absolutely useless as my car has been towed in on Tuesday just after 12 and on Wednesday afternoon I phoned in because I haven't heard anything from Hyundai Hilda informed me that the JOB CARD has just been opened and only had to find out they \don't have the parts for my car and will have it ready by Thursday. Thursday I had to phone back at 16:15 to also find out they did not get the part but will fetch it that afternoon and will be and I quote "your car will definitely be ready Friday morning\"" I tried Phoning the GM but he is in meetings. I have no idea when my car will ever be ready and will prob have to phone in to find out I also was told she will phone me back in 5 min at 11:06 this morning. Hope Hyundai see this and quick as this is really bad service from agents."""
