Disregard for ones safety

I purchased a demo model i10 Grand 2014 model, Automatic in red, it had 19 000km on the clock, I purchased it last year October.

Since then I have been requesting that Hyundai Lenasia send me my Service book as I assumed it was in the car and ongoing for my second service realised I do not have it. I have requested it countless times with no answer or response.

The past week was the last draw for me and I cannot believe how little regard does Hyundai Lenasia have for one's safety and life. I am extremely upset because I have to deal with this amongst other things like laying my father to rest when my car and what I paid for should be my last concern.

I had a puncture a week ago while in Durban and luckily for me I had my uncle with me to assist, they took the tyre in and found out that it had been previously plugged. The walls of the tyre on the inside also looked as if it had been rubbed against something and was wearing in a mark. They proceeded to put on my spare, which should have been a new tyre, to find it has two nails in it. I had to go and buy a new tyre that costed R700 because these cars also don't use a standard 14 inch. Something else that was not mentioned
