Dishonesty and misleading

Very disappointed with a dishonesty of the company called Hyundai Malmesbury, I bought a vehicle recently and financed me via Absa now am told the vehicle is not on service plan therefore I must be in my own. How is that possible with a financed vehicle and why this was not explained prior? . Worse of all no one is willing to assist and explain properly except of being sent from pilla to post. Seth Auto told me that service history is up to date but when I bought it non of that ever existed
