Dishonesty

Unfortunately, your service has not performed well and to be honest the service was inadequate. On 26/02/2018 , I purchased a IX35 from your Germiston branch and the FNI Kavita **** to me and said the warranty will repair or replace any defective item on the car. I have now taken my car for a service And Hyundai says I need to replace control arms, remove clutch and skim flywheel which will cost R28000. The warranty now will only pay a max of R8000 and I will be liable for the rest. I have spoken to the FNI ( She was very rude ) and I spoke to the Dealer principal and he says he will not help me. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait before seeking third-party assistance.
