Dishonest Hyundai SA

I'm totally discussed that Hyundai sold me a brand new car that within 3 years showed massive rust issues on the car. After huge efforts from my side they committed to do the repairs as it was still under warranty. Not even 2 years later and the rust are back and even worst than before. This time around they decline on getting this fixed with no explanation why.

Please note this car is not even 5 years old with low millage. My problem here is that Hyundai advertise this amazing 7 year warranty. What is that worth if they don't honor what they advertise. Secondly if they fixed it properly the first time this should not have been an issue.

As a customer that has bought 7 cars from Hyundai in the past 4 years I'm discussed that they don't honor there promises to you as consumer. Do yourself a favor and phone the head office. Non excising and for a big company they don't even have a receptionist to answer their calls.

Totally disgusted with this company. Their New slogan should Be Hyundai the car that rust before your first tank petrol runs out.
