Dishonest and Poor Customer Service

I bought a used Hyundai Staria Elite in November 2024 at Hyundai Bryanston. During the sale, the sales executive and the dealer manager promised to order carpets for me since there were no carpets in the vehicle. I have been making enquiries since December until now no luck. In January the sales executive told me he is no longer working for the dealer and I contacted the manager who promised to look into it. It is now March and now he is no longer taking my calls. Why can't they tell me if they won't be able to give me the carpets so I can buy them on my own? This dishonesty is uncalled for. Please help. I don't wanna lose my trust in the entire brand due to one dealership.
