Disgusting service - started serving their friends who came way after me.

Good morning. I am unhappy about how hyundai South in Solom Mahlangu in Durban on the 14th this month. Being the first in the morning at 6:20 but be the last to receive my car at 17:30 when even the employees have left for home!! The car had gone in for minor service. Had to cancel my daughter's lesson which was at 15:30 which I had paid for. Was late for work--nightshift. Is this how hyundai treat certain customers? This is obvious that they serviced their friends' vehicles that came way late and did mine last and did not even wash the car it was dirty. So someone tell me how is this justified if they did not even wash the car? No courtesy call whatsoever. Truly disappointed and disgusted! This happened January 14 2020. Wrote on tweeter Hyundai SA but never got any reply,apparently it's an independent one. They even tempered with my wipers!
