disgusting service and questionable integrity

I have been receiving a disgusting service from Hyundai East Rand Branch,Cedrick the consultant that has been assisting has been nothing but horrible to me,i traded in my car on,26/09/2024,i said to him whats going to happen as the bank needs to debit he said that he will ensure that they refund me back my money as it is which is R4003.00 Today i get send an indemnity form that has been half filled with my details including my bank details on telling me to sign without including the amount they are going to refund me,when i query that that's when he disclosed the amount in text that Is R3358 of which that's not the amount was debited from my account,it did not end there the guy treats me as if he is doing me a favor for selling me a car,I am very disappointment that a big brand like Hyundai would try and reap me off my money because of i am a woman,I've sent money for the car to be settled on the 28 and 29/09/2024 but they branch decided to pay late after i have collected my car now they are making it my responsibility that I should accept what they offer me.I don't want to indulge in their service what i can say is home affairs is better than them,I'm definitely sure i would never ever recommend anyone about your brand and the East Rand branch Ronica and Cedrick you guys really did me dirty.i don't even think you deserve this one star you got. Till this day my issues hasn't been sorted out its almost towards month end of october
