DISGUSTING POOR SERVICE

When you take your car for service at Hyundai Hatfield they only drop you off in the morning and dont have the service to pick up their clients in the afternoon and upon questioning why is that they told me its against their policies.We are sitting with a problem that there are no taxis around where we working and i dont know how are suppose to pick up the car.The service is realy not up to standard,its disgusting.The manager was not even willing to assist me as a client as i have a problem.They basically dont care about us on how to get there.Im really not happy.
