Disgusting Customer Service at Hyundai, Bellville

Hyundai Tygervalley Bellville is by far the most unprofessional car dealership I have ever dealt with. I tried to renew my vehicle's license and upon arriving at the Traffic Department I was informed that my vehicle did not have a road worthy certificate as the one provided by Hyundai was an expired one. When I went to the dealership to inquire as to why I was given an expired road worthy certificate, the agent who assisted me by the name of Kyle was extremely disrespectful and dismissive. I felt extremely offended as I am a first time customer of Hyundai. I tried to speak to the manager of the dealership but instead of speaking to his disrespectful employee he too was dismissive of my ill treatment at the branch. It has also come to my attention that I am not the first customer this has happened to at this branch. I will never recommend any customer to Hyundai Tygervally Bellville as they have pathetic customer service and no respect or decency towards their customers.
