Disgusting consumer service

I have received a call from a Mr Wayne stating he will post my car papers only on the day of 24 October via pick n pay drop box, and when i asked again why the papers arent sent yet, he stated first sunday the 27 october he did send it through pick n pay, so i waited and nothing arrived monday as its a over night delivery box. then excuses started again, now Mr Wayne says that "Moe's dit gister Gaan haal, nie Al die pick & pay,s by ons doen drop box, hulle sou dit Na Westgate Se dropbox gestuur het gister en my bewys gestuur het, Moet dit self soontoe vat. Sal dit vandag daar aflaai so sal more daar wees" is he's message. So re**** saying " Het j DT ooit gestuur want j kani bewyse stuur ni en my papiere is ook nog ni hier ni. En di aramax di drop box van pick n pay se baas bly Lang's my so as jul di 4 uur sondag gestuur het so dit maandag 4 uur hier gewees het. That's where Mr Wayne starts getting ****y. Saying " Nou klim in jou Kar en kom haal dit, van ons werk en het nie tyd vir julle *** nie, ek doen julle 'n guns, en as jy ophou rondtrek sou jy dit lankal gehad het en die Kar sou op jou Naam gwees het" . in my books he's admitting that its their fault and not mine coz every time I did let them know with proof of residence that they can send the papers ect but there is still nothing being done! So I did tel him I will go further with this situation and Mr Wayne seems to then lost it and is now threatening me stating again via WhatsApp " Ek kom vanaand deur on die papiere af te laai, maak seker julle is almal by die huis, sal daar wees 7 uur!!? Is this the type of people Hyundai weltevreden park hire and is this the type of procedure they use when they are in the wrong?? I'm highly upset I did then reply he musten threaten me cause if he cames here he will pick up trouble! So Hyundai workers seem to get paid to do ride around in company vehicles to Hassel people up first before giving them whats rightfully theirs, my big question is what is my right on all this what can I do now! Plus I didn't even get a call from the manager apologizing for the way their employees acted really disgusted.!!!
