Disgusted in Hyundai

I bought the new Hyundai I20 in December.I asked if i could purchase the standard vehicle with option of adding the sport kit.I was told this is possible.I was given an amount of R16000 for the sport kit.On this basis and this basis only did i sign the papers to purchase the vehicle.I was told that the fitment centre was closed and as soon as they are trading again i could have my sport kit fitted .Today i was called by tha same sales lady i signed the contract by to be told that head office suddenly advised that i cannot have sport kit fitted.Imagine my anger and frustration when i got this news, after i ONLY signed the deal because it was confirmed by the same sales lady that the kit which i purchased with the car will be fitted when the fitment centre opens .I am so angry at this moment and will only accept my kit be fitted as per my original contract or cancel the entire deal.Awaiting your urgent reply.Last but not least..the Manager.George's attitude was the cherry on top,telling me even if I call Hyuandai SA ,i wont get anything right.Well..im willing to go all the way...Regards...
