Disgusted

I took my car to the Bellville to fix my lights they came back and told me the radio was the issue which coused the light to be off which i find it strange and the guy said he find a coin in the circuit therefore i need to pay around R6600 to fix my radio which was working when i took the car in, i decline to make payments and i took my car and didn't have music for couple of months, then i went to the Brackenfell branch and enquire about my warranty only to find out it's still covered with the warranty and the radio was fine the guy in Brackenfell just took it for few minutes my radio was working.

Would like to know why did they wanna charge me in Bellville and why did they switch off my radio for no reason?
