Disgruntled customer

I'm not happy with Hyundai Richards Bay. My car was towed to the dealership on the 5th of April 2024 due to mechanical problems. Up until now, I haven't gotten proper feedback from them. There's this Jacquelene lady who keeps on telling me lies when I want feedback on the vehicle. Her story changes all the time whe I get hold of her. Now it is the end of the month. I have to pay for a car that is not helping me. I regret taking the car to that dealership.
