Discrimatory and Abhorrent Customer Service

2 months ago we booked our car for a clutch repair. Date given 5 Dec. Since that day my family and I have been inconvenienced by this Huyandai Branch with absolutely no regard for my husband and I or our children who are dependant on our car for getting to and from school and work!

To date no repairs done.

The quote was only given on 6 December after phoning repeatedly and being put on hold. Being sent from pillar to post by the Service Consultants who blatantly prioritised OTHER customers. Marco or Britney? Who will help us?

Giving this reason for failing to follow up or speaking to usthat they were busy with other customers.

Are we not customers?!

The original assessment was done and agreed upon. R6000.

Then parts had to be ordered and then the quote changes again.

On 12 December, they add another R1100 to the bill after the fact . Reason is that they cannot replace clutch since the wheel nuts must be removed and replaced.

Why could they not inform us on the 5th?

We would then have had the option of seeking other quotes.

Do NOT trust this branch.

Christmas 2017 has officially been ruined for this family. No car during Holiday Season. Forced to use Public Transport and endanger our lives. Is it because of our Zip code?

Hopefully we will have been helped by 1 January 2018!
