Disappointing sales experience

<p>I was enquiring about a Hytundai Tucson. At first I was interested in one at Roodepoort but the sales rep let me know that other people were in the line for it. My money wasn't ready, so I told him to sell it. My money became available and I saw another Tucson at the same branch. I phoned and reception put me through to another sales rep. In the end there was infighting (I got pulled into) as to who was to deliver the car. The manager decided it had to be the previous guy. I was mailed and phoned by their FNI who constantly (as it felt) tried to sell me stuff. I know what I want. Finance was privately arranged. My financer emailed their invoice to me and their FNI tried to slip things through on the invoice, thinking I wouldn't see it. I phoned him and the manager and it was fixed. The FNI then called to ask when I was picking up the car. I gave him a date and time. I arrived to find my car nowhere on the floor. I signed all the papers and filled in all the forms and then saw my car for the first time. He slapped on a bow and said, we should take photos. I was not in the mood. From the beginning this thing went sour and I will be happy to buy somewhere else in future.</p>
