Disappointing

Extremely disappointing…….. I’ve own a Creta for 4 years….. I’m trying to buy a new one and I phone HO to talk to an expert to get the answers I’m not getting from the Dealer, I get told I’m being put through to Robert, the product expert, I hold and hold and hold and hold then a lady answers and she doesn’t know anything!!!!!! So, it looks like I’ll be changing from Creta to something else due to a Dealer and HO, who it feels like, don’t care one iota!!!!!!
