Disappointing

Such excellent service when you are trying to buy a car, they push you and pressure you to buy the car, when you have bought the car, the after sale service is appalling. <br> <br> I had second thoughts about buying a car from this dealership, but he pressured me and said that he has already settled my trade in car and that he will lose his job if I cancel the deal. I finally bought the car, waited 3 hours at the dealership to sign delivery papers when i went to fetch the car. <br> <br> He didn't give me options of what extras I wanted on the car and he went ahead putting in his own extras, without my consent. What I wanted he said that why would I want that on that specific car? The colour i wanted i never got, he just called me and said that this is the colour he will be giving me. <br> <br> A week later,while I was driving home on the N3,the driver door window just cracked and just continued cracking. Luckily I had anti smash and grab, that kept the cracked glass pieces in place.When I notified them of this they told me that it was a smash and grab attempt. Not sure how while at 120km/h.Now I have a refund due to me, but its been 2wks & I have to keep asking.
