Disappointed Potential Customer

Please let me know how does it work with you guys. How can a dealer approve a deal and when I was suppose to collect the car and they tell me that the head office rejected the deal this after I had taken my current vehicle out of insurance and put in this one on to the insurance now I must go back and do the whole process again. I a so disappointed in the brand after I had fallen in love with the brand
