Disappointed in Hyundai Woodmead

This is the most horrible experience I've had with a service provider. I sent my car in for repairs at Hyundai woodmead and was so disappointed cause I expected better.

My car was towed to them on Saturday, stripped and diagnosed. I was then told it would be ready on Monday. Monday came and went with no feedback back, I then called to follow up.

Long story short, I called for feedback Tuesday and was told Wednesday it would be ready. I was treated like a nuisance customer and it got to a point where my calls and messages were being ignored.

I'm noq sitting at the branch refusing to leave without my car 5 days after it arrived here. Let's just say I'll never use their services again! Their receptionist is rude, hung on me numerous times and should not be the face of Hyundai in my humble opinion.

This experience has make me even consider another vehicle brand in the near future.
