Disappointed customer

<p>after seeing the attached add, I went to the dealership to enquirer about the car hoping to actually buy the car, when I get there I find the car but they tell me there's already an application sent through for it so my application success will depend on the first applicant's withdrawal, unfortunately the first applicant took the car but Shalen the used cars Manager promises to get similar car for me to which he did he got it from BMW Bruma according to his statement, this was 3 days ago, everyday he tells me they said they will call him by close of business, so I decided to go to the dealership to get this story straight, guess what Shalen is not there he's taken leave and will be coming back after the long weekend which is 5 days and no one could help me with the follow up on the car, like really in this so big dealership no one could help? This actually gave me an idea that I'm not really an important customer to them!!</p>
