Disappointed by your service "Hyundai East rand"

I am very disappointed with the type of service i've been given at the Hyundai East rand dealership, I referred a colleague in January and was promised a spotters reward which was said to be R1000. Till today (14/03/2019) I still haven't received the money i have been calling the dealership everyday and i have spoken to almost everyone, and i've been fed lies everyday,My point is , if they knew they weren't gonna give me anything than they shouldn't have **** it can't take them 3month to process a payment yet people buy cars everyday. I am not happy with the way they run their business and will make sure never to refer anyone to them ever again.
