Disappointed

I purchased a Hyundai i20 1.4 standard on the 27th Nov 2020 at Hyundai Ethekwin in Smith street. The car had a R20k cash back deal, I opted for leather seats and mags on the cash back deal. Car was fetch when I reached home I checked everything and noted there was no wheel spanner. The tyres when done by tiger wheels. I went back to Hyundai several times for the spanner, tiger wheels first denied it and said no stock of spanner forth time was given wrong spanner. 2months later (yesterday) I got the spanner) after much fighting and nagging. And when you ask to speak to the manager they dont put you through. Am very much disappointed and hurt as they can't protect their customers to their recommended service providers. Lastly they didn't give me back my standard wheels of which I didn't get clarity why?
