Disappointed

To whom it may concern

I can not believe the poor after sale service after purchasing a brand new 2019H100 Hyundai bakkie from Hyundai Pinetown KZN,

After a long battle and many calls to Deon the sales man the incorrect canopy issue was dealt with - needless to say it was not even put on straight and after a week the rear window tinting was bubbling, I phoned Deon to show me the proof that the canopies where the same price and I said to him that it was impossible because the first incorrect canopy that was on the vehicle was much bigger and of a thicker material where as the 2nd correct canopy was smaller and of thinner material, the 1st canopy being quoted was R18000,00, I then phoned Canopies for life,on the 15/03/2019 and spoke the the Lady manager and asked her the price of the canopies and she said their prices ranged between R14000,00 and R15000,00, and she said she was aware of the canopy change., On the 19/03/2019 I called Deon and told him and informed him I contacted "Canopies for life" and what their prices where, as usual Dean said he was on to the problem. As I was still having vehicles license issues from the beginning of March 2019 till the vehicle was eventually licensed on the 2/4/2019 and after having 3 temporary license plates and being pulled of the road by the traffic police for having the wrong-******* license plates and the traffic police man pulling off the expired license disk that came with the car, and threatening to impound the vehicle with my tools, by this stage I was a very angry and unhappy man. then on the 17th April 2019 and still not having any feed back from Deon regarding the canopy prices I phones Llewellyn Schwegman who had drown up the sales agreement and Hyundai Pinetown and explained my position with regards to the canopies, he said he would look into the matter, not hearing from Llewellyn by the 3/5/2019 I called him and asked him what the progress was on the canopy prices, to my amazement be said he has spoken to Deon's manager who was suppose to phone me and he never did, by this point I was even more upset and angry, because Deon's managed said he cant remember Llewellyn talking to him but he would get Deon onto it. to date nobody has phoned me with the canopy prices, remembering I have taken finance out on an R18000,00 value canopy of 72 months. on the 11/5/2019 after having a tracker fitted to my vehicle I told my Vehicle to Hyundai Pinetown workshops to deal with a stuck heater switch, which was repaired timorously , while the vehicle was in the workshop I approached Deon again face to face and asked him what the progress was about the canopy prices and he promised me he was dealing with the issues and has to get the paper work back from head office to check the figures....GRESS WHAT to date 7/7/2019 not one call.
