Disappointed

I bought my vehicle at Hyundai Sandton and they sold me a Auto Body Warranty policy to cover for dents and scratches to the vehicle. I wanted to lodge a claim against the policy but when I called the company who adminster the policy, they had no record or policy loaded for my vehicle. I contacted Hyundai Sandton and have been dealing with their F&I, since 08 January to get this matter resolved and to date nothing. I contacted Hyundai Head Office to check if they can assist and the outcome there was, we will try but not really. Hyundai Sandton got paid for the policy but not resolving my issue and why even have a Head Office and customer service if they don't offer any service at all?
