Dirty Car Hyundai Doesnt Wash Cars at Service Anymore

I had my Tuscon serviced today. I took out the full maintenance plan at the time of purchase. When I went to fetch my car I got it back dirty. When I complained about it I was told that they get a lot of complaints but it is just one of those things. I am so disappointed with Hyundai.
