diabolical service from Hyundai pinetown

I purchased a Hyundai grand i10 from Hyundai pinetown on the 8th May 2015. I have not yet received my service book despite my many attempts to get it. I have already spoken to the supervisory levels and I think Hyundai service is diabolical!!!
