Diabolical service at Hyundai Umhlanga

I took my Hyundai grand I10 to Hyundai Umhlanga in Dec 2015 complaining about a problem with my central locking. The lady who assisted me said they had ordered a new part for me and would call me as soon as they have it. I have followed up and they always have a new excuse. The service is diabolical and they have no communication skills!!!
