Devastated client by Hyundai/ Ariva

DEVASTATED CLIENT WITH ARIVA. December 2013 I bought a car from Hyundai car dealership in Westgate/ Roodepoort assisted by Brian. ARIVA leased my car via Hyundai. They deducted double the amount the 1st month. Which was 6518 * 2 = R 13 036 the way this whole thing happened it was weird. I was told that ARIVA is my car' s insurance. I took for granted that Westbank has loaned me as it did previously with my last 2 cars. Anyway I cannot dwell more on this. I pay my instalments via debit order every month. 1ST SHOCK. I received an SMS in November 2015 that my account is in arrears by R6518. I must pay failing which will lead to my car being repossessed. Amazed as I was I called and send a 3 months bank statement. The bank charged me for each copy printed. This is money coming of somebody's pocket additional to the 6518 I am paying every month. The answer I was given was, the system is *outdated* they will update my account. THE 2ND SHOCK. 6 months later in April 2016 I received the message that I am in arrears I must pay otherwise the car will be repossessed. I told them about the November issue. They told me that annoying story about their system and promised to update. THE 3RD RECENT SHOCK. On the 22nd of November 2016 I received an SMS stating the following :- Dear Defaulter:- We have not received payment on your Ariva account, please make payment to avoid repossession of your vehicle. A defaulter means your Credit Profile is dented. I called a lady by the name of Samantha with this number ********** from accounts department. Her manager is Fortune. I told her how unhappy I was with their services. I asked Samantha to check for me as to when I defaulted. She checked far back until April 2016 she said the following :- I did not make a payment of R6518 in April 2016. And, I have exceeded 125 000km and therefore I owe R4200. MY COMMENTS. I have never defaulted. If defaulted why wait this long 7 months and claim the payment. Another point my car is sitting on 96 000 k m. I don't know where they got this false information from. I requested Samantha to e mail me all that information. She refused and said her manager Fortune will forward me that information. I was devastated/ frustrated failing to understand the reason behind failure to forward if the information was accurate. BAD SERVICE RENDERED BY ARIVA AS A SERVICE PROVIDER. 1. Their system is not user-friendly. Why because, if you ask them to read your credit profile. They will toss you to and fro like a headless children. To get your settlement amount you must send an email to another department and you will get the confused information a week later. 2. I only received three messages from November 2015 until 22 November 2016, why did they not take legal action, is this normal? 3. Samantha was continuously arguing with me forgetting that I am a client. She must go for customers services workshop for the whole week. 4. I will never ever advice anyway to lease his car or house or whatever with ARIVA. I have learnt a lesson. 5. What is happening in ARIVA ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT? 6. Why does Hyundai deal with such a company? CONCLUSION. Readers/Somebody please help me understand. The more I try to understand the more confused I become. I am a Hyundai ***** this is my 3rd car. This has now finally made me decide not to engage myself with such dealers again.
