Deposit of motor vechile

bought vehicle in June 2012<br> gave deposit of R40 000 not to have it on residual value monthly instalment of R4200-00. I was assured that the vehicle was not on residual due to the deposit and the monthly instalment that was more .last year June 2014 i went back to them they inform me the vehicle was on residual .I did not read my contract because i believe them to be honest .They did not give me time to go over the contract just sign .A week after i bought the vehicle i went back to them and they assure me it was not on residuel. Last year June 2014 the owner said to me nothing will come of it if i want to take the case further he is dealling with this sort of things for years and i should have read my contract. The ombudsman ,bank head office of Hyundai could not help me they just close the case.
