Deon not fit to be a Hyundai manager

I had the most disgusting service from the used sales "manager " Deon, and I use that term very loosely from Hyundai Gateway. I took my month old i10 to find out how to take out the back seats as I wanted to put seat covers on. Deon and another guy Ashley tried to remove the back seats and said the clip was jammed and the car needs to go to the workshop . When the car got back he just showed us that the back seat was not clipped in properly to make to easier for us to put the seat covers on when we get back home. I got home only to find that they in fact broke the clips. When I called the store Deon had the nerve to say that I broke the clip and had and attitude on top of that. How could I break the clip. When the car was parked off for 3 weeks. We needed Hyundai road side assist to boost the car. When my wife called back he says we must listen to him he doesn't care if we are the customer or not. And if we come to the branch we will show us. Show us What?? ? Is this the kind of customer care training that Hyundai gives their mangers. To raise their voice to the clients. He is not fit to deal with irate clients he shouldn't be in a position to deal with the public
