Delivery of car registration still pending

on March 14 2015, I purchased a Hyundai grand i10 from Hyundai Polokwane. The sales person, Phumi, PROMISED to register the car at the traffic department, but failed to. When calling her, she does not pick up the phone, but replies to whatsApp messages. The car permit is expiring tomorrow 2nd April and even today I do not know why it hasn't been registered.
