delivery of car

I bought a car from him, he called Thursday 29 October 2015 asking to come and sign for car. fortunately i could make it so i phone tell him will see on Monday 02 November 2015 . he assist to see me on Saturday i said i cant. Monday morning i rushed there with my wife. when we arrive there the car was not there. he said still with panel beaters but we can sign the paper he will deliver the following day which is Tuesday. Tuesday i phoned to find out what time will he deliver the car. he said will be Wednesday cause he still going to put tyres. Wednesday i phone still he **** to me he said Thursday. Thursday i phoned again still he mention that he does have a driver . Wayne Williams he not reliable, he is a lie
