Defected Airbags

Good day Hyuandai team

I hope this message finds you well, I recently got into a front smash accident with the Grand i10 I bought 7 months ago, and no Airbags deployed. I sent a complaint to your head office i was told your team will not give any report as to why the Airbags did not deploy due to my car being with a mechanic.

So I was told I will not be assisted, the car has pictures and the same Airbags that came with the car. The same Airbags that did not deploy with a front smash. Please advise as to why won't I be assisted.

Whether the car is with my mechanic or not, the fact is the car did not deploy Airbags as it should have in an accident, yet the shift is the car has been touched and therefore I won't be assisted.
