Deception - Not Honouring there comitements

I had the misfortune of dealing with Mario Zietsman and the team at Hyundai Menlyn on the 9th of April 2015. As per the attached email he was willing to give us full trade on an Audi Q3. At the time we where interested in the Hyundai I30 which he send us a breakdown of including installment payments. He even stated that he might be able to get an additional R5k -R10K for our car as a trade in. we never heard from Mario again.<br> On the 27th I send a follow up mail only to get a response from Johan Swartz that Mario no longer works at Hyundai Menlyn and that he would gladly assist with deal as its month end and he needs to make his numbers. When I called yesterday I was given the run around saying that could not get an OTP number for settlement and they can no longer settle the trade in of the Audi Q3. They cant find the documentation that Mario had on the vehicle.
