Dealership sold a bad car

I have bought a used car at Hyundai Loistrichard on the 13th of April. 14th May the car broke down. My broker has been contacting the dealership but they never reply emails and the relavent people are never available over the phone. I will be paying my first car instalment but already i am carless. PLease assist Hyundai SA
