Dealership does not keep to their word

Absolutely terrible service. Was promised in writing that the payment would be done on the 25th of June for a car that i returned on the 23rd of June. Despite multiple reminders and follow ups, nobody got back to me. Eventually, i was told that the payment will only be done on the 28th of June. Clearly, this dealership is one that does not keep to their word. I especially needed the money urgently, and this was communicated well in advance to the dealership.
