dealership committed *****
I was sold a Hyundai i.10 1.1 2009 model instead of a Hyundai i.10 1.2 2010 model as per my agreement as well as my purchase price. On informing the principle dealer she insisted that the car was the correct model. After doing an assessment with the AA at my cost as well as going to another Hyundai dealership it was confirmed that the car is in fact a 1.1 2009 model. I informed the principle dealer if this and she gave me options non of which benefit me in any way. The only option i am willing to accept is that i receive the vehicle that i have paid for if not something better as the dealership has committed ***** and i am willing to take this further. The principal dealer has informed that she would get back to me and has not. I think this is pathetic as the dealership is only concerned in covering their own back rather then satisfying the consumer and has shown no remorse for the fact that they are at fault and I'm the one that has suffered in this event. If I do not receive feedback within 24 hours I will be taking this further.
