dealer refuse to pay speedfines

I bought a car on 14 December 2014 , sold my old i20 to Heidelberg hyunday dealership . The had 2 speedfines on the 30th December 2014 and 1 on the 5th January close to the amount of R2000. I have send numerous emails and scans through out the year with no luck at all !!! No feedback or responce from abrie or dirk the sales manager regarding proof of payment . Siya is now the new sales manager who promised proof of payment last week . I ESCALATE THIS TO MAX THE NATIONAL CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER WITH NO JOY EITHER . THIS AMOUNT IS AGAINST MY NAME AND I was warned that I will not be allowed to renew my license if this is not sorted out . This car was in their possesion an they should take responsability !!
